Pet Policy

We are pet friendly! We allow a maximum of 2 pets with a monthly pet fee.

Pets under 30 pounds:
1st pet: $45/month
2nd pet: $20/month

Pets 31-50 pounds*:
1st pet: $65/month
2nd pet: $35/month

Pets 51-80 pounds*:
1st pet: $85/month (only 1 pet of this size is allowed)

*Only in select buildings.
